Engineering Plan Development Guidelines
Schedule a Pre-Design meeting with us by sending an emailing to field@rogersar.gov with the property location in the request. The typical project is submitted to the City of Rogers first. After the first review, plans are submitted to RWU directly. Starting on the fourth review and beyond a review fee may apply. See the policy here. All sets of plans will be reviewed by RWU staff for adherence to our Plan Review Checklist. Once all comments have been corrected the plans will be approved for construction. All plans with off-site water and/or sewer main extensions must provide an easement for the new water/sewer main, assuming one does not exist. This easement must be approved by RWU before it is filled. Click Here for a sample easement document. Click here for Plan Review Checklist
