Welcome to Rogers Water Utilities
We are happy to help you start or discontinue service with Rogers Water Utilities.
New service can be started by visiting our office Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
To start service, customers can print out an application from our website. They can also call, or email our office for more information.

To stop or transfer service, customers can call, visit, or email our office.
Please be prepared to provide the billing address, if different than the service address, a phone number, and the start or end date of the service.
Also, please be prepared to present two valid forms of identification, one of which must be a valid photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID include:

Matricula Consular ID | Conceal Carry Permit |
* these are some examples, but do not cover all of the forms of identification that we accept.
