Rogers Water Utilities is committed to preserving the public health and the natural environment. The employees of Rogers Water Utilities are highly trained and service-oriented. We want to serve you in the most efficient, courteous way possible.

We realize that we operate at the pleasure of the public. We not only sell water, we sell service. Your drinking water is tested to be safe for consumption. Turn on the tap and potable water comes out. Wastewater disappears down the drain.

Stability. We maintain water and sewer service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year no matter the economic conditions. Our oversight responsibility is accomplished with the following departments: Engineering, Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, Accounting, Information Technology and Customer Service. These disciplines collectively work together to provide our ratepayers the highest level of water and sewer service.

Our Retirement Program (pension) allows you to plan for the future. APERS is the acronym for the Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System. In this defined benefit plan, employees contribute 5.25% at a pretax rate and the City contributes 15.32% on behalf of the employee.

Long Term Disability, Group Life, & AD&D are offered as well at no cost to our employees.
