This online application is intended for individuals or developers requesting water and/or sewer service at a location that has not been served by Rogers Water Utilities. By completing this form, you are initiating the process of establishing new utility services at a location within the RWU service area.

You should complete this application if:

• You are a developer with a project under construction that requires service
• You are requesting Rogers Water Utilities to construct a new water service connection, such as requesting a water meter for irrigation.
• You are requesting our staff install a new sewer service tap.
