We Want to Help You Save Money

Save Time and Money With These Tips

Make a payment before your shutoff date to save up to $40!

Rogers Water Utilities will charge up to a $40 fee that covers sending a crew to your location to turn a meter off, and sending a crew out again to turn the meter back on. You will not be charged this fee if you make a payment before your shutoff date.

Save on late fees by paying your bill on time.

When a bill is late, a 10% fee is charged the day after the due date. Another late fee is assessed after 7 days, and again after 14 days of non-payment. If the water is shutoff, there is a $20 fee to reconnect the service. If the shutoff is the result of a returned payment or a broken promise, then the fee is $40. These fees can add up. We want to help you save money and pay the bill on time by having many convenient ways to pay.

  • There are no longer any fees for making payments online and over the phone!
  • Set up autopay on our website for free! Just click the Manage My Account at the top of the page to get started.
  • Make a payment by phone by calling 479-621-1142.
  • Make a payment online by clicking the Pay My Bill button.
  • If you are unable to pay the full amount at this time, call our office at 479-621-1142 to see if you are eligible for a payment arrangement.
Never attempt to turn on your water meter.

Turning on a water meter after it has been turned off for non-payment may result in a meter tampering fee of up to $100.

H2O: Help to Others Program

How to help others in our community

Rogers Water Utilities has developed Help 2 Others (H2O) to assist customers in paying their water bill when they face medical emergencies, temporary loss of employment, unexpected financial shortfalls beyond individual control and other unfortunate situations.

Rogers Water Utilities invites you to designate an amount of $1 or more to be added each month to your water bill in order to fund this exciting program and help our fellow community members. Rogers Water Utility collects the funds and forwards them monthly to our partner in the program, Our Healthy Communities. OHC screens applicants to ensure that assistance criteria are met and that the funds are used only for this program. Strict accountability procedures are in place to assure the donated funds reach those truly in need.

If you would like to voluntarily sign up, please complete the H2O form and mail it to Rogers Water Utilities, PO Box 338, Rogers, Arkansas 72757 or bring it by the office at 601 S. 2nd Street in Rogers, or complete the form online and email to service@rogersar.gov. Once you have signed up your donation will appear on your water bill each month as Help 2 Others donation with the amount shown. The contribution may be cancelled or changed by calling(479) 621-1142.
